共同富裕与城市低收入人群:金融发展的盲点与着力点——基于全国31个省/自治区/直辖市城市户口样本的实证分析

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快和社会结构的变革,城市低收入群体问题逐渐凸显。论文基于“中国社会综合状况调查(CSS)”2021年的数据,运用logistic回归模型从个体、家庭、劳动力市场和金融参与层面对城市低收入群体的影响方向和影响程度进行实证检验。结果表明,女性、年长者和低就业质量是导致劳动者成为低收入群体的主要因素之一。通过进一步研究分析,发现参与金融投资行为可以显著降低个体成为低收入群体的概率,而金融借贷行为则会显著提高低收入群体的收入水平。基于以上结论,论文认为在进一步提高城市低收入群体人力资本的同时,金融发展的关注点和政府扶贫方向应适当向城市偏移,进一步下沉金融服务,让低收入群体能够以最小的负担,享受所需要的金融产品和服务。With the acceleration of urbanization and the transformation of social structure in China,the problem of low-income groups in cities is gradually becoming prominent.Based on the 2021 data from the China Social Comprehensive Survey(CSS),a logistic regression model is used to empirically test the direction and degree of impact on urban low-income groups at the levels of individual,household,labor market,and financial participation.The results indicate that women,the elderly,and low employment quality are one of the main factors leading to workers becoming low-income groups.Further research and analysis found that participating in financial investment behavior can significantly reduce the probability of individuals becoming low-income groups,while financial lending behavior can significantly increase the income level of low-income groups.Based on the above conclusion,it is believed that while further improving the human capital of low-income groups in cities,the focus of financial development and the direction of government poverty alleviation should be appropriately shifted towards cities,and financial services should be further deepened to enable low-income groups to enjoy the necessary financial products and services with minimal burden.
