摘　　要：本文通过对盘煤行业基本情况进行研究,对盘煤技术短期内的发展作出预判,同时对盘煤技术的应用及效果进行分析。针对盘煤技术实施中的难点及盘煤的内容,总结出提高盘煤技术综合效果的可行性建议及盘煤报告的关键要点。此项研究可有效促进盘煤技术在第三方检验机构重量鉴定领域的应用。This paper conducts research on the basic situation of the coal inventory industry,makes predictions on the shortterm development of coal inventory technology,and analyzes the application and effects of coal inventory technology.In response to the difficulties in implementing coal inventory technology and the content of coal inventory,feasible suggestions for improving the comprehensive effects of coal inventory technology and key points of coal inventory reports are summarized.This study effectively promotes the application of coal inventory technology in the field of weight appraisal by third-party inspection institutions.
