摘　　要：为掌握江苏国境口岸区域内蚊虫密度、种群构成及季节消长规律,进而为蚊媒传染病防控提供科学依据,维护国门生物安全,2020—2022年南京海关在26个口岸采用二氧化碳灯诱法,在生活区、工作区和外环境各选取一个监测点进行布控。共捕获成蚊5属9种27771只,包括淡色库蚊、三带喙库蚊、白纹伊蚊等,淡色库蚊为优势蚊种。不同蚊种在不同年份间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同的生境中,外环境捕获蚊类数量最多,工作区捕获蚊数量最少。结果表明,江苏国境口岸范围蚊媒防控措施比较有效,蚊类密度远远低于60只/(灯·h)的防控标准,但江苏国境口岸数量较多,提示蚊媒防控工作仍不可松懈。In order to grasp the density,population composition and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Jiangsu frontier port area,provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases,and maintain national biosecurity,Nanjing Customs adopted carbon dioxide lamp trapping method at 26 ports from 2020 to 2022,with one monitoring point selected for each living area,work area,and external environment.A total of 27771 adult mosquitoes belonging to 9 species of 5 genera were captured at Jiangsu border ports,including Culex pipiens pallens,Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Aedes albopictus,etc.Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species.There were significant differences among different mosquito species in different years(P<0.05).In different habitats,the number of mosquitoes captured in the external environment was the highest,while the number of mosquitoes captured in the working area was the lowest.The mosquito vector prevention and control measures at Jiangsu border ports are effective,with the mosquito density far below the prevention and control standard of 60 mosquitoes/(light-hour).However,there are a large number of border ports in Jiangsu,indicating the mosquito vector prevention and control should not be relaxed.
