摘 要:本研究建立了一种基于新纳米吸附材料快速测定果蔬中敌螨普残留的液相色谱-串联质谱法(Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS),样品经乙腈均质振荡提取,氨化水解后经纳米吸附材料填充的净化柱净化,以1 mmol乙酸铵-乙腈为流动相,采用LC-MS/MS测定,外标法定量。敌螨普在5~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99,样品回收率在70%~110%之间。结果表明,该方法简单,结果可靠,适合大部分果蔬中敌螨普的测定。This study establishes a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for the rapid determination of dinocap residues in fruits and vegetables based on a new nano-adsorption material.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile homogenization oscillation,and after ammonium hydrolysis,they were purified through a purification column filled with a nano-adsorption material.LC-MS/MS was used for determination with 1 mmol ammonium acetate-acetonitrile as the mobile phase,and the external standard method was used for quantification.Within the range of 5-100μg/L,the linear relationship of dinocap was good with a correlation coeficient of more than 0.99,and the sample recovery rates were between 70%-110%.This showed that the method was simple,reliable,and suitable for the determination of dinocap in most fruits and vegetables.
