摘　　要：长沙广播电视台为尽快实现两个频道的高清播出,并确保改造期间的标清播出安全,从频道的收视要求、播出系统架构、节目传输等方面进行研究,确保以最优的方案、最小的成本,实施这次在线技术改造。详细介绍本次改造的目标、方案及实施过程。In order to achieve high-definition broadcasting of the two channels as soon as possible and ensure the safety of standard definition broadcasting during the transformation period,Changsha radio and television station has conducted research from the aspects of channel viewing requirements,broadcasting system architecture,program transmission,etc.,to ensure the implementation of this online technical transformation with the best plan and the lowest cost.This paper introduces the target,scheme and implementation process of this transformation in detail.
