摘 要:本文介绍一种新型添加剂材料-磷掺杂氮化碳(P-C3N4,简称为PCN)。根据Lewis软硬酸碱理论,富电子的软碱可与Pb2+空位配位形成强的相互作用力。基于这一理论,用热聚合法制备PCN,可以作为添加剂来钝化钙钛矿产生的缺陷。通过SEM、XPS等测试发现PCN可以促进钙钛矿的结晶生长,并且还能通过降低Pb^(2+)与I^(-)的结合能增大电子云密度,从而增强钙钛矿电池的光电性能。Here,we introduced a new additive material-phosphorus-doped carbon nitride(P-C3N4,abbreviated as PCN).According to Lewis'soft and hard acid-base theory,the electron-rich soft base can form a strong interaction force with Pb2+vacancy coordination.Based on this theory,PCN was prepared by thermal polymerization method,which can be used as an additive to passivate the defects produced by perovskite.It is found that PCN can promote the crystalline growth of perovskite by SEM and XPS tests,and it can also reduce the binding energy of Pb^(2+) and I^(-),increase the electron cloud density,and enhance the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cells.
