摘  要:本文以邻苯二胺为功能单体,以对乙酰氨基酚为模板分子,通过电聚合法制备了一种高性能聚邻苯二胺分子印迹薄膜。将优化后的印迹薄膜与金纳米粒子和还原氧化石墨烯的纳米复合材料一起修饰在工作电极上,构建分子印迹电化学传感器,用于快速且有选择性地检测对乙酰氨基酚。金/石墨烯提高了电极比表面积和电催化活性,省略了电化学探针,使对乙酰氨基酚在电极表面直接被氧化。该器件可以选择性检测感冒药中对乙酰氨基酚含量。In this paper,a high-performance poly(o-phenylenediamine)molecularly imprinted thin film was prepared by electropolymerization using o-phenylenediamine as the functional monomer and acetaminophen as the template molecule.The optimized imprinted film was modified on the working electrode together with nanocomposites of gold nanoparticles and reduced graphene oxide to construct a molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for the rapid and selective detection of acetaminophen.The gold/graphene increases the specific surface area and electrocatalytic activity of the electrode,omits the electrochemical probe,and allows acetaminophen to be oxidized directly on the electrode surface.The device can selectively detect acetaminophen levels in cold medicines.
