摘  要:目的分析皮肤科和泌尿外科门诊疑似泌尿生殖系统感染的男性患者解脲脲原体(Uu)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、淋球菌(NG)、疱疹病毒2型(HSV2)的感染情况,为临床诊断治疗提供实验数据。方法采用实时荧光PCR技术回顾性分析3685例疑似泌尿生殖系感染患者生殖道分泌物中Uu、CT、NG及HSV2检出率,并分析病原体感染率与年龄及临床诊断间的关系。结果3685例样本病原体总检出率为30.72%,Uu、CT、NG、HSV2检出率分别为23.53%、8.66%、10.72%、2.17%,各种病原体检出率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Uu、NG、CT在21~50岁年龄段内检出率最高,而HSV2感染在51岁以上人群检出率最高,各病原体在不同年龄段中检出率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Uu、CT、NG在不同临床诊断中感染率与无症状组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HSV2在包皮龟头炎、尿道炎、前列腺炎、附睾、精囊炎中检出率高于无症状组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Uu、CT、NG感染是男性泌尿生殖道病原体感染常见病原体,低年龄段和高年龄段存在一定的感染率,应加强该年龄段人群的性病防治工作。Objective To study the prevalence of ureaplasmaurealyticum(Uu),chlamydia trachomatis(CT),neisseria gonomloeae(NG)and herpes simplex virus 2(HSV2)in male patients and provide laboratory basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The Uu,CT,NG and HSV2 in the genitourinarytract secretion samples of 3685 patients with suspected genitourinary infection were retrospectively assayed by real-time fluorescence PCR,and the relationship between the infection rate of pathogen and age of the patients as well as their clinical diagnosis was analyzed.Results The overall detection rate of pathogens in 3685 genitourinary tract secretion samples was 30.72%.The positive rates of Uu,CT,NGand HSV2 were 23.53%,8.66%,10.72%and 2.17%,respectively.The highest detection rates of Uu,NG,and CT distributed in the 21-50 age group,while highest detection rates of HSV2 distributed in the age group of 51 and over.There were significant differences in the detection rates of various pathogens among different age groups.There were significant differences in the detection rates of Uu,CT and NG between different clinical diagnosis group and asymptomatic group(P<0.05).The detection rates of HSV2 in foreskin,balanitis,urethritis,prostatitis,epididymis and vesiculitis were obviously higher than those in asymptomatic group(P<0.05).Conclusion Uu,CT,and NG infections are the most common pathogens of male genitourinary tract pathogen infections.The prevention and treatment of STDs in lower and higher age groups should be strengthened due to high infection rate.
