摘  要:陈海公路是崇明岛东西向的最长公路,也是全区交通最繁忙的道路。其现状沿线除平面开口外,更有多处行人踩踏过街的通道,给交通管理带来了严峻挑战。在分析现状过街形式及需求的基础上,对现状路段的过街设施进行梳理,并综合考虑立体过街需要、工程影响、交通参与者需求,以及工程造价等方面,开展多方案设计与比选,提出合理的过街方案。该人行过街设施方案的研究,对干线公路过街设施的设置具有一定的借鉴作用。Chenhai Highway,as the longest highway from east to west in Chongming Island,is also the busiest road in the whole region.In addition to the plane opening,there are more and more pedestrians stampede across the street corridor along the current situation,which brings serious challenges to traffic management.Based on the analysis of the present street crossing form and demand,this paper combs the crossing facilities of the current road section,comprehensively considers the needs of three-dimensional crossing,the influence of the project,the needs of traffic participants and the cost of the project,and carries out multi-scheme design and selection,and puts forward a reasonable crossing scheme.The research on the scheme of crossing facilities can be used as a reference for the establishment of crossing facilities on trunk roads.
