摘  要:针对某核电厂惰性气体β活度监测通道在运行中频繁出现低电流故障报警,通过对故障现象分析、现场测试,发现采样气体在湿度及压力这两个条件发生改变时,测量电流变化明显,由其造成的影响与通道故障现象一致,确定是影响探测器测量电流稳定性的主要因素。通过在测量设备中增加除湿装置对采样气体湿度进行控制,在冷凝罐进气与排空管线增加流量调节阀稳定压力的改造措施,提升了通道运行的稳定性,解决了频繁出现低电流故障报警的问题。The scanningβradioactivity monitoring channel in nuclear power plant is designed to monitor radioactivity level of noble gas of ventilation system in nuclear auxiliary building.One nuclear power plant appears low current fault alarm always when the monitoring channel in operation,it has a bad impact on stability.This paper describes the main factor about low current fault is humidity and pressure of noble gas through analysis and test on site.When the humidity or pressure of sample gas is large changed,the result of monitor current is conforming with low current fault of channel.Adding the dehumidification device in front of detector inlet and regulating valve on condensate tank to control humidity and pressure,the low current fault alarm is solved.
