摘  要:为保障中子辐射监测设备的量值溯源及进行中子计量研究,中国辐射防护研究院放射性计量站参照GB/T 14055.1—2008建立了基于气动传输放射源的中子注量率标准装置,并对标准装置性能进行了测试。测得辐射特性如下:中子注量率测量范围为10~104 cm^(-2)·s^(-1),相对扩展不确定度为4.6%~5.0%(k=2),重复性为0.64%,稳定性为3.7%。该中子注量率标准装置满足计量标准考核要求,可承担国内中子辐射监测设备的量值传递工作。In order to ensure the quantity traceability of the neutron radiation monitoring equipment,the neutron fluence rate standard device based on pneumatic transmission radiation source with reference to GB/T 14055.1—2008 was built up and the performance of the standard device was tested in laboratory by the Radioactive Metrology Station,China Institute for Radiation Protection.The measured radiation characteristics are as follows:the device has a repeatability of 0.64%,a stability of 3.7%,the neutron fluence rate ranges between 10 cm^(-2)·s^(-1)to 10~4 cm^(-2)·s^(-1),and the relative extended uncertainty of4.6%~5.0%(k=2)was achieved.This neutron fluence rate standard device meets measurement standard assessment requirements,which could be used for value transferring of neutron radiation monitoring equipment in China.
