摘  要:在HIRFL-CSR加速器中运行的漏水监测系统WLA模块易受现场各种干扰,造成WLA模块回读数据信息出现乱码,现行IOC程序不能处理乱码信息,导致监测系统发生误报警的现象,降低监测系统的准确性和可靠性。为了解决这个问题,在系统中加入倍福PLC控制器处理回读数据,通过采用状态机轮询、Watchdog Timer等方法避免乱码带来的影响,同时为监测系统增加手机界面报警功能,使得运行维护人员能更快捷、更方便地获取报警位置信息。The Water Leakage Alarm(WLA)module works in the water leakage monitoring system of HIRFL-CSR accelerator.It is vulnerable to various on-site interferences,resulting in disordered code in the read back data information by WLA module.The current IOC server program cannot handle the garbled information,which leads to the false alarm and reduces the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring system.In order to solve this problem,BECKHOFF PLC controller is added to the system to process the read back data,the impact of garbled code is avoided by adopting the ideas of state machine polling and watchdog etc.Meanwhile,the monitor system increases the alarm function of mobile phone interface,so that the operation and maintenance personal can obtain the location information more quickly and conveniently.
