摘 要:为研究夹矸参数对截齿截割力影响的变化规律,利用Pro/E构建镐形截齿三维模型,运用有限元软件ABAQUS确定含夹矸的模拟煤岩,建立截齿截割含夹矸煤岩的有限元耦合模型,研究不同夹矸参数下截割力变化趋势。结果表明:夹矸强度及厚度增加,截割力均值、截割力峰值均值呈增加趋势;截齿截割上煤岩界面和下煤岩界面时,截割力增加和降低幅值均随夹矸强度增加而增加,煤岩界面附近截割力随夹矸厚度增加而减小。该研究可为复杂煤层工况下滚筒合理参数匹配提供参考。In order to study the variation law of the influence of gangue parameters on the cutting force of cutting pick,used Pro/E to build a three-dimensional model of pickaxe shape cutting pick,determined the simulated coal rock containing gangue by using finite element software ABAQUS,established the cutting pick cutting coal rock containing gangue finite element coupling model,and studied the trend of cutting force under different gangue parameters.The results show that the average value of cutting force and the average value of peak cutting force increase with the increase of gangue strength and thickness;the cutting force increases and decreases with the increase of gangue strength when cutting the upper coal rock interface and lower coal rock interface,and the cutting force decreases with the increase of gangue thickness near the coal rock interface.The study can provide reference for the reasonable parameter matching of the drum under complex coal seam conditions.
