摘　　要：针对神东大采高综采工作面开采地质条件和综采面配套设备外形尺寸大的特点,研发了ZYDC34440/30.5/55D型运输顺槽异形迈步分体式超前支架组。该支架采用多单元窄形组合非对称式支护架形,解决了超前支架与大型运输设备的配套衔接;设计低位推移机构,实现了与大型转载破碎机配套,保证了行人通道;配置多形式调架机构,实时协同调节支架位置,保证使用可靠性,较好地控制了8.8 m特大采高工作面运输顺槽顶板变形。In view of the mining geological conditions of the fully mechanized mining face with high mining height in Shendong and the characteristics of large overall dimensions of supporting equipment in the fully mechanized mining face,the ZYDC34440/30.5/55D type special-shaped stepping split type advance support was developed.The multi-unit narrow and asymmetric support bracket were adopted,and solved the matching connection between advance support and large transport equipment.The lowposition pushing mechanism was designed,which can realize the matching with the large-scale reprint crusher,and ensure the pedestrian passage.The support group was equipped with multi-type frame adjusting mechanism to research and coordinate the position of the bracket in real time to ensure the reliability of use.The deformation of transportation gateway roof in 8.8m extra-high mining face is well controlled.
