摘  要:针对薄煤层钻式采煤机截割能耗大、效率低的难题,研究了不同截割头结构对钻式采煤机截割性能的影响。采用离散元仿真分析的方法,建立了截割头结构仿真模型,以煤粒速度、截割阻力为评价指标,分析了导向内杆选型对2个评价指标的影响;以颗粒减少量、截割比能耗和截割阻力为评价指标,通过正交试验对比模型,分析了单个挡板截齿数量、挡板与外齿圈座落差、外齿圈截齿数量3个参数对3个评价指标的影响;研究发现当挡板与外齿圈座落差为240 mm、单个挡板截齿数量为3个、外齿圈截齿数量为18个时,有最佳截割性能。研究结果为新型钻式采煤机钻头设计及选型提供参考。Aiming at the problems of large energy consumption and low efficiency of the drilling shearer in thin coal seam,the influence of different cutting head structure on the cutting performance of the drilling shearer was studied.The simulation model of cutting head structure was established by using the method of discrete element simulation analysis,and the influence of guiding inner rod selection on the two evaluation indexes was analyzed by taking the coal particle velocity and cutting resistance as evaluation indexes.Using particle reduction,cutting specific energy consumption and cutting resistance as evaluation indexes,the effects of three parameters,the number of picks for a single baffle,the drop between baffle and outer ring seat,and the number of picks for outer ring,on the three evaluation indexes were analyzed by orthogonal test comparison model.It is found that the best cutting performance is achieved when the drop difference between baffle and outer ring seat is 240 mm,the number of picks for a single baffle is 3,and the number of picks for outer ring is 18.The research results provide reference for the design and selection of new type drilling shearer.
