摘 要:针对电源测试柜在工作时的温升问题,采用不同的结构形式分析其达到工况时的温度,确定在工作时的温升最小的结构形式。以Flotherm作为热仿真分析工具,对电源测试柜的每种结构形式的温度场和流场进行耦合仿真计算和分析,分别得出对应的温度场分布,从而指导设计人员选择最优的结构方案。For the temperature rise of the power supply test cabinet at work,different structural forms were used to analyze the temperature when it reaches the working condition and determine which structural form has the smallest temperature rise at work.Using Flotherm as a thermal simulation analysis tool,the coupled simulation calculation and analysis of the temperature field and flow field of each structure form of the power supply test cabinet were carried out,and the corresponding temperature field distribution was obtained respectively,so as to guide the designer to choose the optimal structure scheme.
