摘  要:针对大倾角厚煤层采用综放开采因工作面倾角大、地质条件复杂,回采中工作面长度变化大、综放支架稳定性控制难问题,通过合理的工作面设备配套技术,选用四象限大倾角采煤机和有防滑措施的刮板输送机,采用大功率单点驱动、简易机尾的刮板输送机,提高了对工作面长度变化大而频繁增减液压支架的便利性。通过优化设计支架顶梁宽度、双侧可同时伸缩侧护板、底调结构及支架自动控制方法和四连杆优化等提高支架对大倾角工作面的适应性,为大倾角综放开采提供了保障。In view of the problems of large inclination angle thick coal seam using full mechanized caving due to large inclination angle of working face,complex geological conditions,large change of working face length in remining,and difficulty in controlling the stability of comprehensive release bracket,through reasonable supporting technology of working face equipment,a four-quadrant large inclination angle shearer and a scraper conveyor with anti-slip measures were selected,and a scraper conveyor with high-power single-point drive and simple tail was adopted,which improves the convenience of frequently increasing or decreasing hydraulic supports due to large changes in the length of the working face.By optimizing the design of the width of the top beam of the bracket,the double-sided telescopic side guard,the bottom adjustment structure and the automatic control method of the bracket and the optimization of the four-link rod,the adaptability of the bracket to the working surface of the large inclination angle is improved,which provides a guarantee for the comprehensive mining of the large inclination.
