摘  要:煤矿井下缺少适宜可用的加砂压裂泵组,为填补空白,采用分体模块、串式布局设计,研制了集携砂压裂泵、智控混砂装置、自体双路管汇系统和远程监控系统于一体的煤矿井下协混水力加砂压裂成套装备。该装备最大模块板车长3300 mm、宽1400 mm,便于煤矿井下运输和安装部署,其最大排出流量2.5 m^(3)/min、最高排出压力70 MPa、供砂速率0.01~0.30 m^(3)/min,可实现0~30%砂比加混砂,其携砂流量可达1.5 m^(3)/min、压力可达30 MPa。现场工业试验完成了16个分段加砂压裂施工,加砂压裂作业总注水量2858 m^(3),总加砂量36.48 t,压裂施工各分段最大压力达21.7~29.6 MPa。现场应用表明,装备运行稳定,各项性能满足施工需求,为煤矿井下水力加砂压裂技术应用以及新型加砂水力化技术的研究奠定了设备基础。There is a lack of suitable and available sand fracturing pump sets in underground coal mine.To fill the gap,a separate module and series layout design have been adopted to develop a set of coal mine underground mixing hydraulic sand fracturing equipment that integrates sand fracturing pump,intelligent control sand mixing device,self dual manifold system and remote monitoring system.The maximum module of this equipment is 3300 mm in length and 1400 mm in width,which can be used for transportation and installation deployment in underground coal mine.The maximum discharge flow rate is 2.5 m^(3)/min,the maximum discharge pressure is 70 MPa,the sand supply rate is 0.01-0.30 m^(3)/min,and it can achieve a sand ratio of 0-30%plus mixed sand.Its sand carrying flow rate can reach 1.5 m^(3)/min,and the pressure can reach 30 MPa.On site industrial experiments were conducted to complete 16 segmented sand fracturing operations,with a total water injection volume of 2858 m^(3)and a total sand addition volume of 36.48 t.The maximum pressure of each segmented fracturing operation reached 21.7-29.6 MPa.The on-site application shows that the equipment operates stably and all performance meets the construction requirements,which lays the equipment foundation for the application of hydraulic sand fracturing technology in coal mines and the research of new sand hydraulic technology.
