摘 要:煤矿救援钻机在大直径救援孔施工中需要进行大量换杆作业。针对传统溜槽式换杆机构存在劳动强度大、安全性差、工作效率低等问题,研究适用于常规钻具的钻杆运移和快速存取方法。设计举升式钻杆运移装置和自动排杆装置,实现钻杆在钻杆箱与井口平台间的往返输送和自动排放;采用电液远程控制系统完成钻机换杆作业的远程控制,最终形成一套适用于地面救援孔钻进的煤矿救援钻机换杆系统。结构力学分析及现场工业性应用表明,换杆系统可实现钻机换杆作业由人力参与向人工控制的转变,减轻了工人劳动强度、提高了安全操作水平,提高了起下钻效率,为救援孔快速施工提供了装备保障。Large quantities of rod handling operations are needed for large diameter rescue well drilling with coal mine rescue drilling rig.Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,poor safety and low work efficiency in the traditional chute-type rod handling device,the rod conveying and quick discharge methods suitable for conventional drilling tools were studied.The rod handling device and automatic pipe arrangement device were designed to realize the round-trip transportation and automatic discharge of the rod between the pipe arrangement device and the wellhead platform.The electrohydraulic remote control system was used to complete the remote control of the rod conveying operation,and finally a rod handling system suitable for coal mine rescue drilling rig in large diameter rescue well drilling was formed.The structural mechanics analysis and field industrial application show that the rod handling system can realize the transformation from human participation to artificial control,which reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the level of safe operation,improves the tripping efficiency,and provides the equipment support for the rapid construction of rescue well.
