摘  要:针对传统掘进机监控系统存在数据处理弱、难以实现复杂控制算法等不足,提出一种基于OPC通信的悬臂式掘进机监控系统,进行了监控系统的硬件配置选型及I/O接线,基于OPC通信协议建立了上位机中数据处理及控制软件MATLAB与组态软件MCGS的数据通信,以及与下位机PLC的通信连接,进行了组态软件设计,给出了截割部的监控主画面,为悬臂式掘进机监控系统提供了参考。Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional monitoring systems for roadheader,such as weak data processing and difficulty in implementing complex control algorithms,a monitoring system for cantilever roadheader based on OPC communication was proposed.The hardware configuration and I/O wiring of the monitoring system were carried out.Based on the OPC communication protocol,the data communication between the data processing and control software MATLAB in the upper computer and the configuration software MCGS,as well as the communication connection with the lower computer PLC,were established,the configuration software was designed,and the main monitoring screen of the cutting section was given,which provies a reference for the monitoring system of the cantilever roadheader.
