定型钢模在引江济淮朱集站肘型流道中的应用

摘　　要：针对引江济淮工程朱集泵站大尺寸肘形流道施工技术要求高、模板加工难度大、模板易发生变形、模板加工周期长等问题,采用在普通装配式钢模的基础上进行全断面整体制作、分拆安装的方法,解决了大型泵站肘形流道线形、模板体系稳定性及外观质量难控制的难题。In response to the problems of high technical requirements for large-scale elbow-shaped flow channel construction,great difficulty in formwork processing,easy deformation of formwork and long formwork processing period in Zhuji pumping station of Yangtze-to-Huaihe water diversien project,the method of full-section overall production and split installation based on common assembled steel formwork is adopted,which solves the problems of difficult control of elbow-shaped flow channel a-lignment,stability of formwork system and appearance quality in large pumping stations.
