摘 要:为研究基于高分子聚乳酸结构变化的生物降解技术,文章通过实验证明了生物降解技术优化的可行性。降解前聚乳酸的熔点为165.3℃,经过15 d的降解后为162.6℃,过程中熔点基本维持在163℃。高分子聚乳酸生物降解降解率最高达到9.18%。所得结果验证了该方法具有良好的生物降解性,可实现生物降解的技术优化。In order to study the optimization of biodegradation technology based on the structural chan-ges of polymeric polylactic acid,the effectiveness of the optimization of the biodegradation technology was demonstrated through experiments in this paper.The melting point of polylactic acid was 165.3°C before degradation and 162.6℃C after 15 days of degradation,and the melting point was basically maintained at 163 C during the process.The biodegradation rate of polymer polylactic acid reached up to 9.18%at most.The obtained results verified that the method has good biodegradability and can re-alize the technical optimization of biodegradation.
