小河沟自然保护区网格化巡逻巡护改革现状、问题及建议

摘　　要：本文以小河沟自然保护区网格化巡逻巡护改革为对象,介绍了保护区网格线巡逻巡护改革现状,指出保护区在网格化巡逻巡护改革中存在部分地段信息化设备信号不灵敏、次级沟系网格化巡逻巡护覆盖率较低、基层巡逻巡护人员信息化应用水平不高等问题。建议小河沟自然保护区要进一步推动信息化建设,加强次级沟系的巡逻巡护力度,提升基层巡逻巡护人员信息化应用能力等,期望为小河沟自然保护区网格化巡逻巡护改革深化提供有益的参考.Taking the reform of grid patrol in Xiaohegou Nature Reserve as the object,this paper the present situation of the reform of grid patrol in the Reserve was introduced,and some problems were pointed out in the reform of grid patrol in the Reserve,such as the insensitivity of information equipment signals in some sections,the low coverage of grid patrol in secondary ditches,and the low level of informatization application of basic level patrol personnel.Finally,it was suggested that the Xiaohegou Nature Reserve should further promote the informatization construction,strengthen the patrol and patrol of the secondary ditch system,and improve the informatization application ability of the grass-roots patrol and patrol personnel,hoping to provide a useful reference for the deepening of the grid patrol and patrol reform of the Xiaohegou Nature Reserve.
