摘　　要：东京中央邮便局是日本具有代表性的近代建筑遗产之一,不仅见证了东京丸之内地区的发展与繁荣,也见证了日本铁路邮政时代的兴衰。本文基于实地考察和资料调查,梳理了该建筑的发展演变过程并分析了其遗产价值。在此基础上,从建筑外观、内部装修、结构修复、民间团体的相关运作等角度总结了该建筑保护与再生的相关内容,提取出重要的保护策略和实施方法,为我国近代建筑遗产的保护和再生提供经验借鉴。Tokyo Central Post Office is one of the most representative modern architectural heritages in Japan.It has not only witnessed the development and prosperity of Marunouchi,but also the rise and fall of Japan's railway post era.Based on the architectural feld research and historical data investigation,this paper combs through the development and evolution process of the building and analyses its heritage value.On this basis,important protection strategies and implementation methods are extracted from relevant contents such as the architectural appearance,interior decoration,structural restoration and related operation of civil society,so as to provide experience for the protection and regeneration of modern architectural heritage in China.
