摘 要:目的探讨旋转DSA及三维重组技术在移植肾动脉造影中的应用价值。方法对13例超声提示移植肾动脉狭窄(TARS)患者进行移植肾动脉旋转DSA采集,通过三维重组图像及二维血管造影,观察及测量TARS的部位、狭窄程度。结果13例患者均被检出TARS,其中12例达到中重度狭窄,利用三维重组图像选取最佳工作角度,对狭窄部进行球囊扩张及支架置入,复查造影显示管腔血流恢复,残余狭窄<30%。结论旋转DSA及三维重组技术在移植肾动脉造影中能够较好地评价血管的狭窄程度,对后续介入治疗的策略有指导作用,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of rotational DSA and 3D reconstruction in renal graft arteriography.Methods A total of 13 patients with TARS as indicated by ultrasound were collected by rotating DSA.The location and degree of TARS were observed and measured by 3D reconstruction image and 2D angiography.Results Tars was detected in 12 of the 13 patients,14 of which had moderate to severe stenosis.Three-dimensional reconstruction images were used to select the best working Angle,Balloon dilation and stent placement were performed in the stenosis,and angiography showed that the lumen blood flow was restored,with residual stenosis<30%.Conclusion Rotational DSA and 3D reconstruction can better evaluate the degree of vascular stenosis in renal graft angiography,which has a guiding role in subsequent interventional therapy strategies,and has high clinical application value.
