摘 要:基于减少制冷系统氨充注量的考虑,本文从供液形式的选泽,到辅助设备的设计选型,再到传统设备的改造以及新技术的采用等多方面展开探索,设计出了一个氨直接膨胀式供液系统,采用电子膨胀阀向蒸发器直接供液,使蒸发面始终保持在“气液两相”区间内,提高了蒸发器的传热效率。与氨泵强制供液系统相比,去掉了低压循环桶、高压储液桶、虹吸罐、氨泵、油氨分离器、集油器等设备,使得系统结构简单,制冷效率高,氨的充注量少,安全系数高。Based on the consideration of reducing ammonia charging amount of refrigeration system,this paper has carried out beneficial exploration from the selection of liquid supply form,to the design and selection of auxiliary equipment,and then to the transformation of traditional equipment and the use of new technology.Designed an ammonia directed expansion type liquid supply system,the electronic expansion valve is used to feed liquid directly to the evaporator,so that the evaporation surface always maintains the largest“gas-liquid two-phase”section,improving the evaporator heat transfer efficiency.Compared with the ammonia pump forced liquid supply system,the low pressure circulation barrel,high pressure liquid storage barrel,siphon tank,ammonia pump,oil ammonia separation,oil collector and other equipment are removed,making the system simpler and higher refrigeration efficiency;the ammonia filling amount is small,and the safety factor is high.
