金香颗粒制备工艺优化研究

摘  要:为优化金香颗粒制备工艺,以干膏率为评价指标,考察60%乙醇添加量、提取时间、提取温度等工艺参数,确定金香颗粒最佳提取工艺;按照最佳提取工艺制得浸膏后,以成型率、吸湿率、休止角、制粒难易程度为评价指标,优选适配辅料及辅料用量,最终确定金香颗粒的制备工艺。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为10倍60%乙醇,提取温度70℃,提取时间1.0h,按照上述工艺参数进行3批工艺验证,平均干膏率为22.03%,RSD为1.59%;浸膏相对密度为1.20~1.25(60℃),浸膏和蔗糖按照1∶4比例进行湿法制粒,干燥,整粒,进行3批制备工艺验证,平均成型率为97.8%,吸湿率为5.01%,休止角为35.1°,RSD分别为0.45%、0.69%、0.72%。说明该工艺参数稳定可行、可重复性强,可作为金香颗粒的制备工艺。In order to optimize the preparation process of Jinxiang granules,using the dry paste rate as the evaluation index,the extraction time,extraction temperature and other parameters of 60%ethanol addition/times were investigated to determine the optimal extraction process of Jinxiang granules.According to the best extraction process to extract extractum,with forming rate,moisture absorption rate,angle of repose and granulation difficulty degree as the evaluation indexes,the adaptation of auxiliary materials and auxiliary materials dosage were optimized,and finally the preparation process of the incense granules was determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was 10 times of 60%ethanol,extraction temperature was 70℃,extraction for 1.0 hour.Three batches of extraction process were verified according to the above extraction parameters.The average dry paste yield was 22.03%with RSD of 1.59%.The relative density of extractum was 1.20-1.25(60℃).Extractum and sucrose were wet granulated,dried,and whole in a ratio of 1∶4,and three batches of preparation process were verified.The average forming rate,moisture absorption rate and angle of repose of the three batches was 97.8%,5.01%and 35.1°,and RSD was 0.45%,0.69%and 0.72%,respectively.The process were stable and reproducible,and could be used as the preparation process of Jinxiang granules.
