摘  要:建立同时测定西藏凹乳芹中伞形花内酯、佛手柑内酯、芹菜素以及阿魏酸等含量的方法。采用SinoChrom ODS-BP柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长320 nm;柱温30℃;流动相为0.05%磷酸-甲醇,进行梯度洗脱;流速为1 mL/min。结果显示,伞形花内酯、佛手柑内酯在0.0050~0.5000 mg/mL范围内,阿魏酸在0.0100~0.5000 mg/mL范围内,芹菜素在0.0025~0.5000 mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.00%、96.00%、96.58%、104.40%。本试验建立的方法可行性较高,可以用于同时测定西藏凹乳芹中伞形花内酯、佛手柑内酯、芹菜素以及阿魏酸4种成分的含量。The objective was to establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of umbelliferone,bergapten,apigenin and ferulic acid in Vicatia thibetica de Boiss.The chromatographic column was SinoChrom ODS-BP(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);the mobile phase was 0.05%phosphoric acid-methanol,gradient elution with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 320 nm,column temperature was 30℃.The results showed that the linear range of umbelliferone and bergapten was 0.0050-0.5000 mg/mL,that of ferulic acid and apigenin was 0.0100-0.5000 mg/mL and 0.0025-0.5000 mg/mL.The average recoveries were 102.00%,96.00%,96.58%and 104.40%,respectively.The method is highly feasible and can be used to determine the content of these four components simultaneously.
