摘 要:针对53031回风平巷掘进过程中构造应力区顶板支护难度大、支护稳定性差的现状,尤其是在切眼开门期间巷道交叉口处顶板跨度大,易出现顶板离层破碎等现象,本文分析了原有支护设计方案,结合生产实际优化改进了顶板支护方案(包括开门前补打锚索、短掘短支)。从监测结果来看,顶板及两帮移进量较低,围岩稳定性较好。In response to the current situation of high difficulty and poor stability of roof support in the structural stress zone during the excavation process of 53031 return air drift,especially during the opening of the cutting hole,the roof span at the intersection of the tunnel is large,which is prone to phenomena such as roof separation and fragmentation.This paper analyze the original support design plan and optimize and improve the roof support plan based on production practice(including reinforcing support by adding anchor cables before opening the door,short excavation and short support).From the monitoring results,it can be seen that the displacement of the roof and two sides is relatively low,and the stability of the surrounding rock is good.
