摘  要:针对某发电机组检修后在运行中出现的轴系振动大幅波动问题,本文分析了振动与运行参数的相关性,准确判断出了故障原因是密封瓦空间位置发生变化导致油挡间隙不足引发的动静碰摩,最终通过密封瓦安装调整成功消除了轴系振动不稳定波动故障。In view of the large vibration fluctuation of shafting in operation of a generator set after maintenance,this paper analyzes the correlation between vibration and operating parameters.Thereby,the fault was accurately determined to be caused by the dynamic and static friction which is resulted from the insufficient oil barrier clearance due to the change of the spatial position of the sealing tile.Finally,the unstable vibration fluctuation fault of the shafting was successfully eliminated by the installation and adjustment of the sealing tile.
