摘　　要：高压开关柜断路器转移小车在实际使用中存在转运困难、升降缓慢、调整费力、调节面固定不稳定和易损坏等问题,这不仅严重威胁操作人员和电气设备的安全,还严重降低了工作效率。针对现有的常规断路器搬运小车结构存在的缺陷,本文提出了适用范围广、操作方便、性能全面、安全可靠的遥控电动断路器搬运小车,该设备具有移动方便、速度快、操作简单、调节面稳定等特点。经实地应用证明,这种设备不仅可以提高工作效率和工作安全水平,还可以提高供电可靠性,保障和维持电网安全稳定运行。The high-voltage switchgear circuit breaker transfer car has problems in practical use,such as difficulty in transportation,slow lifting,laborious adjustment,unstable fixation of the adjustment surface,and easy damage.These problems not only seriously threaten the safety of operators and electrical equipment,but also seriously reduce work efficiency.In response to the shortcomings of the existing conventional circuit breaker handling car structure,this paper proposes a remote control electric circuit breaker handling car with a wide range of applications,convenient operation,comprehensive performance,safety and reliability.This equipment has the characteristics of convenient movement,fast speed,simple operation,and stable adjustment surface.Field applications have shown that this equipment can not only improve work efficiency and safety level,but also improve power supply reliability,ensuring and maintaining the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
