摘　　要：我国造船业正从传统造船向高端海工和豪华邮轮建造转型,在工艺细节、质量控制方面仍待完善。本文结合某海工项目高压水雾系统的安装、试压、调试到完工验收的过程,总结梳理整个生产流程,探讨各生产环节的优化。China′s shipbuilding industry is transitioning from traditional shipbuilding to high-end marine engineering and luxury cruise ship construction,and there is still room for improvement in process details and quality control.This paper combines the installation,pressure testing,debugging,and completion acceptance process of a high-pressure water mist system in a certain marine engineering project,summarizes and sorts out the entire production process,and explores the optimization of each production link.
