摘  要:中部槽是刮板输送机中非常重要的结构部件,磨损是常见的失效形式。本文概述了非光滑耐磨理论和刮板输送机的工作原理,在此基础上利用SolidWorks和ANSYS软件建立了中部槽的接触分析有限元模型。研究发现,相同工况条件下,中板表面处于光滑状态和非光滑状态下的最大接触应力分别为463.961 MPa和386.47 MPa,说明在中板表面设置凹槽可有效改善其磨损现象。以凹槽直径、深度、间距为优化变量,优化中部槽耐磨现象,发现当直径、深度、横向间距、纵向间距分别为2 mm、5 mm、50 mm、50 mm时,中板表面最大接触应力达到最小状态,与光滑状态比较最大应接触应力降低了23.35%。将新的中部槽应用到刮板输送机中,并进行一年时间的工业应用,发现效果显著,使用寿命预计可延长15%左右,产生了很好的经济效益。The middle groove is a very important structural component in the scraper conveyor,and wear is a common form of failure.An overview of the non smooth wear resistance theory and the working principle of the scraper conveyor was provided.Based on this,a finite element model for contact analysis of the middle groove was established using SolidWorks and ANSYS software.Research has found that under the same working conditions,the maximum contact stresses on the surface of the middle plate in a smooth and non smooth state are 463.961 MPa and 386.47 MPa,respectively,indicating that setting grooves on the surface of the middle plate can effectively improve its wear phenomenon.Using groove diameter,depth,and spacing as optimization variables,the wear resistance phenomenon of the middle groove was optimized.It was found that when the diameter,depth,transverse spacing,and longitudinal spacing were 2 mm,5 mm,50 mm,and 50 mm,respectively,the maximum contact stress on the surface of the middle plate reached the minimum state,which decreased by 23.35%compared to the smooth state.The new central groove was applied to the scraper conveyor and industrial application for one year showed significant results,with an expected service life extension of about 15%,resulting in good economic benefits.
