摘 要:为提高电力市场收益,优化市场运营决策,本文将需求响应潜力作为背景,开展电力市场优化决策模型的构建研究。设定电力市场在市场内为分层运营模式,根据售电方、购电方两者之间的供需关系,以最大化收益作为目标,设计需求响应潜力下的市场受电商运营收益目标函数;引进概率密度函数,参照函数中的正态分布模型,对现货市场内的电价进行建模,在购电前,根据电价的波动情况制定最优购电计划,以实现在周期内对购电资源的优化分配;计算电力市场用电动态决策行为风险的累计统计数据,以此为依据,生成电力市场多时段用电动态决策模型。实验结果证明,设计的优化决策模型应用效果良好,应用此模型进行电力市场在运营中的优化决策,可以在保证稳定供电的前提下全面提升电力企业在市场内的运营收益。In order to improve the revenue of the power market and optimize the market operation decision-making,the demand response potential is taken as the background to carry out the research on the construction of the power market optimization decision-making model.Set the electricity market as a hierarchical operation mode in the market,and design the objective function of the market′s electricity receiver′s operating income under the potential of demand response according to the supply and demand relationship between the seller and the buyer,with the maximum income as the goal.The probability density function is introduced to model the electricity price in the spot market by referring to the normal distribution model in the function.Before purchasing electricity,the optimal power purchase plan is formulated according to the fluctuation of electricity price to realize the optimal allocation of power purchase resources in the cycle.Calculate the cumulative statistics data of the risk of dynamic decision-making behavior in the electricity market,and based on this,generate a multi period dynamic decision-making model for electricity consumption in the electricity market.The experimental results show that the designed optimization decision-making model has good application effect.Applying this model to optimize decision-making in the operation of the power market can comprehensively improve the operational benefits of power enterprises in the market while ensuring stable power supply.
