摘　　要：本文以中坤商业广场改造、中国建筑科学研究院(以下简称“建研院”)礼堂改造、长沙油脂厂改造3个项目为例,阐述近年来本设计团队对于更新改造类项目的理念发展脉络。从设计的初始到落地,从开始接触改造类项目时的思考到后续理念的发展与成熟,逐渐形成阶段性的回顾和总结,旨在探讨既有建筑改造项目在不同时间点、不同阶段的设计思路。Taking the renovation of Zhongkun Plaza,the transformation of the auditorium at China Academy of Building Research(CABR),and the redevelopment of Changsha Oil&Fats Factory as examples,this research elucidates the developmental trajectory of the team's concepts for renovation projects in recent years.From the inception of design to its implementation,from the initial considerations upon encountering renovation projects to the subsequent evolution and maturity of concepts,a phased retrospective and summary gradually take shape.By analyzing these 3 existing architectural renovation projects of varying stages and scales,this study aims at exploring the design approaches for such projects at different points in time and phases.
