摘　　要：自2018年起,全国经历了5年的老旧小区改造大规模推进工作,各地涌现了许多优秀案例。在改造过程中,各地也引入了多种设计理念,有的做到充分尊重和征集居民的意愿,优化了“一老一小”(即老年人和儿童)的配套;有的通过老旧小区改造提升城市形象,彰显了地方文化;有的引入了低碳、海绵城市等设计理念。Since 2018,China has experienced 5 years of large-scale promotion of the regeneration of old neighborhoods,and many excellent cases have emerged around the country.In the regeneration process,various design concepts have been introduced,some of which fully respect and collect the wishes of residents and optimize the supporting facilities for the elderly and children.Some design concepts enhance the urban image and highlight local culture through the transformation of old communities,and some have introduced design concepts such as low-carbon and sponge cities.
