1例笑气滥用致神经精神损害患者的护理分析

摘　　要：“笑气”,化学名一氧化二氮,是一种无色有甜味的化学气体,主要用于食品发泡以及手术麻醉等。由于笑气具有一定的致欣快作用,因此近年来被很多青少年滥用。笑气滥用可以导致维生素B12缺乏,进而导致中枢和外周神经系统受损,出现相应症状。而针对笑气滥用的患者,除了药物治疗外,相应的躯体及心理护理对康复亦起到关键作用。上海市精神卫生中心物质依赖科收治了1例笑气滥用所致神经精神损害的患者,经对症治疗及综合护理干预后症状改善,病情好转出院。现对诊疗护理过程进行分析,以供借鉴。“Laughing gas”,chemical name nitrous oxide,is a colorless and sweet chemical gas,mainly used in food foaming and surgical anesthesia.Because laughing gas has a certain euphoric effect,it has been abused by many teenagers in recent years.The abuse of laughing gas can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency,which leads to central and peripheral nervous system damage and corresponding symptoms.For patients with laughing gas abuse,in addition to drug treatment,the corresponding physical and psychological nursing also plays a key role in rehabilitation.One patient with neuropsychiatric damage caused by nitrous oxide abuse was admitted to the Department of Substance Dependence,Shanghai Mental Health Center.After symptomatic treatment and comprehensive nursing intervention,the symptoms were improved and the patient was discharged.Now the diagnosis and treatment nursing process is analyzed for reference.
