分级分组护理质量控制管理模式在麻醉护理管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨分级分组护理质量控制管理模式在麻醉护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院东、西两院区麻醉科护士和864名麻醉恢复室患者为研究对象,按护理质控管理模式差异分为对照组及观察组,对照组于2021年1月—12月实施常规护理质量控制管理模式,观察组于2022年1月—12月实施分级分组护理质量控制管理模式,比较两组麻醉护理质量、麻醉恢复室患者并发症发生率、护患满意度。结果:观察组麻醉恢复室患者正确交接核查率、专科护理技术操作合格率、抢救车物品完好率、护理文书书写合格率、岗位职责正确执行率、麻醉科人员手卫生执行率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组麻醉恢复室患者恶心、呕吐及寒颤发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士、患者满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分级分组护理质量控制管理模式可提高麻醉护理质量,减少麻醉恢复室患者并发症,并提高护患满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical group nursing quality control management model in anesthesia nursing management.Methods:A total of 864 nurses in the anesthesia department and 864 patients in the anesthesia recovery room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects.According to the difference of nursing quality control management mode,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group implemented the routine nursing quality control management mode from January to December 2021,and the observation group implemented the hierarchical group nursing quality control management model from January to December 2022.The quality of anesthesia care,the incidence of complications in patients in the anesthesia recovery room,and the satisfaction of nurses and patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The correct handover verification rate of patients in the anesthesia recovery room,the qualified rate of specialized nursing technical operation,the intact rate of rescue vehicle items,the qualified rate of nursing document writing,the correct execution rate of job responsibilities,and the hand hygiene execution rate of anesthesiologists in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting and chills in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nurses and patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical group nursing quality control management model can improve the quality of anesthesia nursing,reduce the complications of patients in the anesthesia recovery room,and improve the nursing and patient satisfaction.
