摘　　要：目的:探讨基于自我决定理论的干预方式在青少年高血压患者药物治疗过程中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2022年1月—9月收治的84例青少年高血压患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。两组均需要采取缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对照组采取常规干预,观察组在此基础上采取基于自我决定理论的干预方式,对比两组用药依从性、用药知识及护理效果。结果:观察组用药总依从率、用药知识总掌握率和干预总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在青少年高血压患者药物治疗过程中采取基于自我决定理论的干预方式有着良好的应用优势,可提升其用药依从性、用药知识,保证药物治疗效果,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on self-determination theory in the treatment of hypertension in adolescents.Methods:A total of 84 adolescent hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42)according to the random lottery method.Both groups were treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention based on selfdetermination theory on this basis.The medication compliance,medication knowledge and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total compliance rate,total mastery rate of medication knowledge,and total nursing effectiveness rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on selfdetermination theory has good application advantages in the treatment of adolescent patients with hypertension.It can improve their medication compliance and medication knowledge,and ensure the effect of drug treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
