摘　　要：目的:探究手术室综合干预在氯吡格雷抗凝治疗冠心病支架术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的冠心病行支架术治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组均采用氯吡格雷抗凝治疗,对照组实施常规干预,观察组实施手术室综合干预。比较两组手术相关指标(手术时间、手术出血量、住院时间)、生活质量(GQOLI-74)及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,生活质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论:在冠心病支架术中应用氯吡格雷抗凝联合手术室综合干预的效果更好,能够有效改善手术进程,促进生活质量的优化,有效防止或降低并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive intervention in operating room in patients with coronary heart disease treated with clopidogrel anticoagulation.Methods:A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent stenting in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with clopidogrel anticoagulation,the control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive intervention in the operating room.The operation related indexes(operation time,bleeding volume,hospitalization time),quality of life(GQOLI-74)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.89%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clopidogrel anticoagulation combined with comprehensive operation room intervention in coronary heart disease stenting is better,which can effectively improve the operation process,promote the optimization of quality of life,and effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of complications.
