尼美舒利治疗耳鼻喉炎症的临床效果及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨尼美舒利治疗耳鼻喉炎症的临床效果以及不良反应情况。方法:选取舞阳县人民医院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的100例耳鼻喉炎症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组予以萘普生治疗,研究组予以尼美舒利治疗,比较两组治疗效果、炎症因子水平、临床症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05);研究组CPR、IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尼美舒利治疗耳鼻喉炎症的效果显著,可改善患者的炎症程度和临床症状,且不良反应发生概率较低,安全性好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and adverse reactions of nimesulide in the treatment of otorhinolaryngitis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with otorhinolaryngitis admitted to Wuyang County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different therapeutic drugs,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with naproxen,and the study group was treated with nimesulide.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level,clinical symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CPR,IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of nimesulide in the treatment of otorhinolaryngitis is significant,which can improve the degree of inflammation and clinical symptoms of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low and the safety is good.
