消炎利胆片辅助双镜微创手术治疗肝内胆管结石患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究消炎利胆片辅于双镜微创手术对肝内胆管结石患者的影响。方法:选取我院2019年4月—2021年9月收治的81例肝内胆管结石患者作为研究对象,根据术后治疗方式不同将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41)。两组均予以双镜微创手术治疗,在此基础上对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予消炎利胆片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肝功能[组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)]、炎症反应[白介素-1β(IL-1β)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]以及结石复发率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,结石复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ALT、AST、ALP、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消炎利胆片辅助双镜微创手术可调节肝内胆管结石患者炎症因子水平,改善肝功能,降低术后结石复发率,从而提高临床疗效。Objective:To study the effect of Xiaoyan Lidan Tablets assisted by double mirror minimally invasive surgery on patients with intrahepatic biliary stone.Methods:A total of 81 patients with intrahepatic biliary stone admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different postoperative treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=41).Both groups were treated with double-mirror minimally invasive surgery.On this basis,the control group was given routine treatment after operation,and the observation group was given Xiaoyan Lidan tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)],inflammatory response[interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and stone recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the stone recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ALT,AST,ALP,IL-1βand TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyan Lidan tablets assisted double-mirror minimally invasive surgery can regulate the level of inflammatory factors in patients with intrahepatic biliary stone,improve liver function,reduce postoperative stone recurrence rate,thereby improving clinical efficacy.
