预防低分子肝素皮下注射后致皮下出血的循证护理实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在预防低分子肝素皮下注射后致皮下出血中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年4月在本院住院的应用低分子肝素并接受循证护理干预的61例患者作为观察组,2022年5月—10月在我科住院的应用低分子肝素并接受常规护理干预的58例患者作为对照组。比较两组注射次数、皮下出血发生率、皮下出血分级、注射部位疼痛程度和患者舒适度。结果:观察组皮下出血发生率、皮下出血分级、注射疼痛分级低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理干预可减少泌尿外科低分子肝素皮下注射患者的皮下出血发生率、皮下出血程度、注射后疼痛程度,提高患者护理舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in preventing subcutaneous hemorrhage caused by subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin.Methods:From November 2022 to April 2023,61 patients who received low molecular weight heparin and evidence-based nursing intervention in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and from May 2022 to October 2022,58 patients who received low molecular weight heparin and routine nursing intervention in our department were selected as the control group.The number of injections,the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage,the grade of subcutaneous hemorrhage,the degree of pain at the injection site and the comfort of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage,subcutaneous hemorrhage grade and injection pain grade in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage,the degree of subcutaneous hemorrhage and the degree of pain after injection in patients with subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin in urology,and improve the comfort of patients.
