摘  要:某高速铁路超浅埋隧道小角度下穿高速公路,须在确保高速公路正常通行的条件下进行施工。为降低高速公路路基沉降,根据项目工程地质及水文地质条件,采用管幕对围岩进行支护,并对管幕的具体参数进行设计。隧道施工方法采用三台阶留核心土临时仰拱法,以有效控制施工过程中围岩的变形,降低隧道暗挖施工对高速公路路基沉降的影响。通过FLAC3D软件对管幕加固支护、暗挖施工工况进行模拟分析,证明该高速公路路基及隧道初支沉降、公路荷载对隧道二衬产生的附加力安全系数均满足规范要求。A super shallow buried tunnel of a high-speed railway crossing the expressway at a small angle must be constructed under the condition of ensuring the normal passage of the expressway.In order to reduce the settlement of highway subgrade,pipe curtain is used to support the surrounding rock according to the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the project,and the specific parameters of the pipe curtain are designed.The tunnel construction method adopts the temporary inverted arch method with three steps of retaining core soil to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock during the construction process and reduce the impact of tunnel excavation construction on the settlement of expressway subgrade.Through the simulation analysis of the construction conditions of pipe curtain reinforcement and support,and concealed excavation with FLAC3D software,it is proved that the safety coefficient of the additional force generated by the subgrade and tunnel initial support settlement of the expressway,as well as the highway load on the secondary lining of the tunnel,meet the specification requirements.
