摘　　要：为降低深圳地铁8号线二期、三期工程和深圳市其他地铁新建项目各类安全事故发生概率,提前发现并解决安全隐患,提高地铁现场施工安全管理水平,归纳分析深圳地铁8号线一期工程建设困难与挑战,分析并总结深圳地铁8号线一期工程施工过程中采取的安全管理措施。In order to reduce the probability of various safety accidents in the second and third phases of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 and other new subway projects in Shenzhen,identify and solve safety hazards in advance,improve the safety management level of subway on-site construction,summarize and analyze the current status of subway development and construction,explore the subjective and objective reasons for safety accidents,this paper analyzes the corresponding safety measures taken in the early and middle stages of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 construction.
