黄疸药浴方对新生儿毒性红斑疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄疸药浴方对新生儿毒性红斑的疗效。方法:将100例患有毒性红斑的新生儿随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。实验组使用黄疸药浴方法治疗新生儿毒性红斑,对照组采用常规治疗方法。观察两组新生儿毒性红斑的消退时间。结果:通过回顾性分析对比两组新生儿毒性红斑的消退时间,实验组明显小于对照组。结论:黄疸药浴方对新生儿毒性红斑治疗效果显著,能显著改善护理质量。Explore the therapeutic effect of jaundice medicinal bath prescription on neonatal toxic erythema.Method:100 newborns with toxic erythema were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group used jaundice medicine bath prescription to treat toxic erythema in newborns,while the control group used conventional treatment methods.Observe the disappearance time of toxic erythema in two groups of newborns.Result:Through retrospective analysis and comparison,the regression time of toxic erythema in newborns between the two groups was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:jaundice medicinal bath prescription has a significant therapeutic effect on toxic erythema in newborns and can significantly improve nursing quality.
