摘　　要：铁路高职中国特色学徒制“2+1”人才培养项目是中国特色学徒制试点项目在铁路高职院校中的具体应用。在对中国特色学徒制“2+1”人才培养项目实施背景、属性剖析的基础上,从制订专项人才培养方案、设计专项课程体系、联合打造师资队伍、共建生产性实践教学基地等方面提出质量提升策略,以期创新铁路高职院校校企合作育人模式,提高中国特色学徒制人才培养质量。The"2+1"talent training mode for college students in railway higher vocational colleges is a specific application of the pilot project of the apprenticeship system in railway higher vocational colleges.This paper proposes quality improvement strategies from the formulation of special talent training plan,the design of special curriculum systems,the joint construction of teaching teams,and the joint construction of high-level practice teaching bases,with a view to innovating the model of school-enterprise cooperation in railway vocational colleges and improving the quality of talent training in the apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics.
