摘　　要：近年来,书院成为高校满足社会发展需要、应对经济变化而探索的新型教育管理组织,书院制改革也成为现代高等教育改革的一个重点方向。中国香港中文大学是我国最早进行书院制改革并成功延续书院制度的大学,历经半个多世纪的磨合与完善已形成健全的管理体制与鲜明的文化特色。梳理概括中国香港中文大学书院制改革发展进程及特点,深度剖析其书院制人才培养模式的优势,力争为内地高校书院制度改革提供行之有效的参考和借鉴。In recent years,academies have become a new type of educational management organization that colleges and universities explore to meet social development and respond to economic changes.The reform of the academy system has also become a major focus of modern higher education reform.The Chinese University of Hong Kong,China is the first university in China to carry out the reform of the academy system and successfully continue the academy system.After more than half a century of run-in and improvement,its academy system has formed a sound management system and distinctive cultural characteristics.This article summarizes the development process and characteristics of the academic system reform at The Chinese University of Hong Kong,China,and deeply analyzes the advantages of its academic talent training model.It provides many effective guidelines and references for the reform of the academy system in mainland Chinese universities.
