摘 要:中国西部某大型镍矿具有极大的资源战略地位,本文采用化学分析方法和显微镜对矿石进行了研究,查明了矿石的物质成份、结构构造,并分析了其对选矿工艺的影响。结果表明:可回收的主要元素为Ni,Cu、Co、Au及Ag可综合回收利用,大部分镍黄铁矿易于离解,少部分离解难度较大,磁黄铁矿、褐铁矿、脉石矿物中的Ni回收难度较大,黄铜矿中的Cu易于回收,镍黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿及褐铁矿中的铜回收难度较大,应深入进行选矿工艺研究。A large nickel deposit in western China is of great strategic position of resource.In order to find out the material composition and structure of the ore and analyze its influence on mineral processing,the ore characteristics were studied with the chemical analysis method and microscope in detail.The results show that the main recycling element is Ni,the elements of Cu,Co,Au and Ag can be recycled comprehensively.Most of pentlandite is easy to dissociate,and a small part is difficult to dissociate.The Ni of pyrrhotite,limonite and gangue minerals is very difficult to be recycles.The Cu in chalcopyrite is easy to be recycled,while the Cu from pentlandite,pyrrhotite and limonite is difficult to be recycled.The mineral dressing process should be researched in depth.
