固含量对三元材料锂浆料电池性能的影响

摘  要:半固态锂浆料电池是能够提供更低成本、有潜力的能源储存技术,使风能和太阳能等可再生能源技术克服其固有的间歇性,提高电网的效率。以单晶结构的Li Ni_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2)为活性物质,科琴黑为导电剂,电解液为分散剂,系统研究了活性物质含量在10%~50%范围内浆料的电导率分布、沉降速率、电化学阻抗、浆料组成形貌及所组装的扣式电池的首次充放电效率、比容量、循环稳定性。结果表明:随着活性物质含量的增加,浆料的电导率和沉降速率均呈逐步下降趋势;质量分数为50%的浆料具有最大的初始Rct(855.71Ω),其他浆料的初始Rct在106.06~151.85Ω;三元活性物质为粒径约5μm、形状规则的单晶一次颗粒;质量分数为30%的浆料活性物质周围被科琴黑均匀包围,没有较多的科琴黑的团聚和堆叠;30%的浆料在0.1 C的放电比容量达到171.2 m Ah/g,首次充放电效率高达88.15%,稳定循环250周后,容量保持率仍有80.3%。Semi-solid lithium slurry batteries have the potential to provide lower cost energy storage,enabling renewable energy technologies such as wind and solar to overcome their inherent intermittency and improve grid efficiency.In this work,LiNi_(0.6)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)O_(2) material with ternary single crystal structure is the active substance,Ketjen Black is the conductive agent,electrolyte is the solvent.The effects of the distribution of conductivity,sedimentation rate,electrochemical impedance and composition of slurry in the range of 10%~50% on the first charge and discharge efficiency,specific capacity and cycle stability of the coin cell were systematically studied.The results show that the conductivity and sedimentation rate of slurry decrease gradually with the increase of active substance content.The 50%electrode slurry had the largest initial Rct(855.71Ω),while the initial Rct of the other proportion slurry had little difference,ranging from 106.06Ωto 151.85Ω.Ternary active substance a regular single crystal primary particle with a particle size of about 5μm.The active substance of 30%slurry is uniformly surrounded by Ketjen Black without much Ketjen Black aggregation and stacking.The discharge capacity of 30%slurry can reach 171.2 mAh/g at 0.1C rate,and the initial charge-discharge efficiency is 88.15%,the charge-discharge cycle can be stable for 250 weeks,and the specific capacity retention rate is still 80.3%.
